On February 23 the Student Councils of the Mililani schools hosted a Valentine’s Themed Dance for the residents of the Olaloa Community. The event included food, energizers, games and entertainment by the high school Jazz Band. Seniors and the youth of Mililani enjoyed talking, playing and dancing together. Our ‘Ike Student Council Offiers, Aria, Jovie, Mia and Brennyn represented our school well!
On Saturday, February 10 our school participated in the Character Counts Fair with the other complex schools. Thank you to the families who spent part of their weekend volunteering at our game booth!
Student Council Members use their short recess time to work on various projects in the Student Council room. It's amazing how much can get done 10 and 15 minutes at a time when we work as a team!
Group C played a fun game of back to back at their after school meeting on January 24. They started in pairs and one-by-one added more to the group. Great teamwork Group C!
This week we expressed our appreciation to our Custodial Crew! Thank you to group B who worked on this project. Special thanks to Lia and Ellie who took the lead on the banner, Peyton and Rylan who wrote and delivered the speech and Ryder for making the poster.
