At our SC Meeting this week we had a leadership lesson on showing appreciation. We talked about how good leaders show appreciation to others because it creates a connection and helps others feel closer to you. It also helps people feel good about what they do and motivates them to do more. I asked all of them to try showing more appreciation at home and see what happens!
