On Friday, September 29 our SC President, Aria, accompanied Mrs. Ajifu to the Mililani High School Quarterly Luncheon. Aria give a school update to the other complex schools and community leaders in attendance. Thank you to Aria for representing our school at this event!
We celebrated Unity Day on Friday, October 20, 2023!
Everyone was encouraged to wear orange and everyone took the Unity Day Pledge at lunch.
We ended the first quarter of the school year with a collection for the Institute for Human Services. Thanks to the generosity of our 'Ike Ohana we collected a large amount of toiletry items to help the clients of IHS. We appreciate our SC Members for speaking to their classes and buddy classes about this service project and for those who came out to help with the collection.
Our first 'Ike Pride Assembly of the school year was held on Wednesday, October 4. Our Officers, Aria, Jovie, Mia and Brennyn did an excellent job being emcees, introducing the 'Ike Pride Recipients and teaching our student body an energizer and attention-getter. We also saw a few of our awesome SC Members get awarded this quarter!
On Saturday, September 30, 2023 we represented our school at the Mililani High School Homecoming Parade. The Student Council Members and CPO Team marched and cheered their hearts out. It was a fun community event!
